Spigen SGP Linear Case by Karim Rashid – Review

We have reviewed the Spigen SGP Linear series cases in the past and as you would imagine, we like these types of cases a lot. The Linear series iPhone cases are stylish, unique, sturdy and feel great in your hand.

The case comes in 3 plastic pieces, 2 of the pieces join together to form the bumper and the other one is a back panel. The plastic used in making of these Linear series products is very high quality and feel premium-like in your hands. As with the previous Linear cases, this one will protect your iPhone from minor scuff and bumps too.

The main feature of this SGP Linear case is the design. It is designer by Karim Rashid, the famous industrial designer. Karim Rashid is one of the top 3 industrial designers. He works out of New York and is known for designing a wide range of genres including product design, interior design and graphics design.

The Karim Rashid Linear series comes in 9 different colors classified under 3 different categories with 3 shades in each category. These are Harmony, Karma and Blomism.

The SGP Linear series will protect the back and sides of your iPhone from all kinds of scratches. The front panel is a bit raised which ensures the screen won’t get scratched when you put the device upside-down. There are cut-outs for all the slots except for sim-tray. Volume rocker is easily accessible and so is the 3.5 mm jack. Unlike many other white cases, the Linear series doesn’t get yellow after use. The Linear series iPhone 5 case should be fit even better on your device because of the build of the phone.

Overall the device is premium-quality and feels that way too. The SGP Linear Karim Rashid Series for iPhone costs $27.99 and is avaliable from CreTouch.com, the authorised Spigen retailer.
